The appartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
If you arrive later than 18:00, please inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 at the latest.

Tourist tax

The local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. This amounts to 2,50 € per person per day and is charged by accommodation providers. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The revenue is channelled into the expansion of infrastructure as well as cultural and sporting events.

Advance payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
