The noble manor Zimmerlehen is located in the heart of South Tyrol and therefore a number of leisure activities for the whole family are within easy reach. These include activities such as rafting in Mühlbach, high ropes courses in Kaltern and Terlan, adventure hikes on the Seiser Alm and many more!

On our farm there is also a playground for children, a playroom and lots of games for the whole family.

Swimming vacation

The picturesque Völser Weiher is an ideal destination for families looking for bathing fun and relaxation.
In summer, bathing jetties and sunbathing lawns invite you to relax, while in winter there are fantastic walks and ice skating, including rental.

The Völser Weiher is only a 10-minute walk away and is also an ideal starting point for hiking.

Ski vacation

Discover the winter wonderland of South Tyrol with your children! The Alpe di Siusi and Carezza ski areas offer a variety of slopes for every level, from easy to challenging.
Take advantage of the local ski schools, which introduce children to winter sports in a fun way!

The easiest way to reach the Alpe di Siusi is with the Alpe di Siusi cable car, which is only 10 minutes away by car or bus.

Family hikes

The Sciliar area offers a number of hiking trails and destinations for the whole family.
These include the hike to the Marinzen Alm, the hike to Prösels Castle with a guided tour of the castle, the Oachner Höfeweg, the hike to the Tuff Alm, and the mostly baby carriage suitable 7 Weiher Trail.

We particularly recommend the Hexe Nix hiking booklet, which contains checkpoints for various hikes and rewards visits to these places with a great surprise and a hiking diploma.
